Product/Service Guarantees
East Side Banquets guarantees the highest quality in every aspect of your banquet. We hope that we will be able to exceed your expectations, but if you are not satisfied with your banquet for any reason, let us know!
We guarantee that your food and drinks will be available by the start of your banquet. If for any reason this is not the case, you will receive a 10% discount on your total, exclusive of the deposit. If there is a technical problem (e.g. dysfunctional projector, impairment with speakers), we will make sure to fix the problem as soon as possible. Also, we respond as soon as possible to your questions and concerns, and guarantee that you will always hear back by the next business day. Additionally, the staff is required to maintain a high level of professionalism while treating the customer with the utmost courtesy and respect.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know, and we will take the appropriate steps.
Shipping/Handling Procedures
East Side Banquets offers physical copies of the sales kit, which can be ordered online by filling out a form on the Contact Us page. Once the order has been received, a physical sales kit will be mailed out to the specified address. The shipping process takes approximately three to five business days. If you would like to receive the sales kit sooner, please contact us and we will offer you our Overnight Delivery option. An extra fee of $5 will be applied.
Another service we offer is bulk shipment of invitation cards. Please contact us if you would like to have invitation cards shipped to you. We will need to know the type of event. Invitations are shipped out in packages of 50.
All products are handled in a manner that provides protection from damage and ensures that customer requirements are satisfied. A final product verification shall be conducted prior to shipping product to the customer. In addition, we will monitor the handling of the process to ensure that each product is properly marked, packaged, and transported. If there is a problem with your package when it arrives please let us know immediately so that we can get a replacement item ready for you as soon as possible.
Return Policies
Our food and drinks are prepared with the utmost care. If you are unsatisfied with any of our services, let us know. If there are any defects with our food or drinks, we will be more than happy to replace these items, free of charge. If there are any defects with decorations, we will remove the cost from your total, as well as give a 5% discount on your total, exclusive of the deposit.
